Hedgehog Release
March 15, 2008 by The Nature Travels Team
Whilst this Easter weekend has shown us that spring is still not quite here…. All the hedgehogs we have over wintered are fit, fat and raring to go.. Way back in last Oct and Nov we saw a steady stream of very young hoggies arrive. Being late summer litters they were far too small to hibernate and suvive our winter months. After five months of luxury in their own heated accomadation with five star valeting and a la carte menus. These tiny youngsters have grown and are ready to face the world…..
From 6 weeks old and weighing a mere 120 grams

To Henry here… A fully fit young gentleman desperate to go and find himself a mate.
He now wieghs a substantial 1,100 grams
